Sky Sports Cup Final to return to Fir Park on Sunday 29th March

The Scottish Women’s Premier League (SWPL) is pleased to confirm that the 2025/26 Sky Sports Cup Final will take place on Sunday 29th March with a 3pm kick-off. After welcoming over 4,000 fans to last year’s Final, Fir Park will host this flagship game for the second consecutive season. The match will also be broadcast live, exclusively on Sky Sports. 

With the semi-finals matches scheduled to be played across this weekend, the final promises to be a thrilling encounter regardless of the match-up, as last year’s cup finalists and league champions Hibernian take on current league leaders Glasgow City in the first semi-final match at Meadowbank Stadium on Saturday 31st January, while current Sky Sports Cup holders Rangers host Celtic, who are currently sitting second in the ScottishPower Women’s Premier League in the second semi-final match at Broadwood Stadium on Sunday 1st February. 

Tickets for the Sky Sports Cup Final will be available from 3pm on Monday 2nd February and information on how to purchase tickets can be found via the SWPL website. Pricing is set at £12 for an adult, £5 for aconcession and £30 for a family ticket (two adults and two concessions). 

Information on hospitality tickets will follow in due course, as this popular offering will once again be made available to the public.

“Last year was a resounding success and an excellent opportunity for people in and around the Motherwell area to come down to Fir Park and take in the match. It was a brilliant occasion, and we’re hoping by hosting it once again, we can draw more people to come and watch the women’s game.  

“The women’s game is continuing on an upward trajectory here in Scotland. It’s something we want to be a part of.” 

 

Both Sky Sports Cup Semi-Final matches will be available to watch live on BBC ALBA this weekend. Hibernian host Glasgow City at Meadowbank on Saturday 31st January (5:15pm kick-off) and Rangers will play Celtic at Broadwood on Sunday 1st February (1:40pm kick-off).
